Dave Nydam comes to BCC with extensive experience in strategic consulting and direct marketing, working for companies in the telecommunications, flavors and fragrances, automotive, retail, and travel industries. Prior to BCC, he held executive positions at Deloitte Consulting, Gen3 Partners, EF Education, and the United States State Department. Dave received a B.S. in Astronomy and Physics from Yale University and his M.B.A. from The Tuck School at Dartmouth..
Kevin R. Fitzgerald is an experienced technology and business analyst, writer, and content manager. Prior to becoming Editorial Director at BCC Research, Kevin was Vice President of Supply Management Research for The Aberdeen Group, a Boston-based market/technology research firm. Kevin has been Editor-in-Chief of several technology and business publications, including Solid State Technology, Purchasing magazine and CPI Purchasing magazine. Kevin also has written for Plastics World, Modern Materials Handling, and Design News. He holds a B.S. in Radiological Health Physics from Lowell Technological Institute.
Sharon Blank comes to BCC Research with over 15 years of sales, strategic alliance, business development, and management experience. Her sales expertise is derived from work with companies selling software, hardware and services to essentially all verticals and industries. Sharon has a strong scientific background having worked a number of years as an Environmental Chemist at RI Analytical Laboratories. Prior to BCC, she held various strategic and tactical positions at Fisher Scientific, CIC Systems, Sybase, VFA, and Venturecom. Sharon received her B.S. in Biology from the University of Maryland.
Mark McCarthy brings years of customer service and operations management experience to BCC Research. Prior to joining the team, Mark held different management positions within the financial services industry and Eastman Kodak. In addition to customer service, his diverse expertise includes accounting, corporate systems, office administration, records and supply management, sales compliance and training. Mark received his degree in Accounting from Broome Community College and continued his education in Business Administration at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Andrew Hunt brings to BCC Research more than twenty years of experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing spanning numerous industries. He has applied that expertise to Web site design, usability and functionality, most recently at US Airways where he directed the iterative redesign of the company's complex transaction-based Web site. Andrew was also responsible for managing the merger of Web sites when the company merged with America West. Prior to US Airways Andrew held senior-level account management, communications and marketing positions at TIG Global, CKS and rtcrm. Andrew received his B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.
