1982	The company received USDA approval for KMS sanitary spiral, anti-telescope devices, interconnectors, and seals for UF spiral elements.
1991	Koch Membrane Systems acquired Romicon from Rohm & Haas.
1996	Koch Membrane Systems acquired MPW's technology.
1998	Koch Membrane Systems acquired Fluid Systems Corp.
2004	Koch Membrane Systems acquired Puron AG.
2019	Koch Membrane Systems acquired Eco-Tec.
2020	Koch Membrane Systems formally changed its name to Koch Separation Solutions.
2023	Sun Capital purchased Koch Engineered Solutions, LLC's KSS business and rebranded it to Kovalus Separation Solutions.
