The study presents data about the relationship between men and women at major law firms through a survey of 225 American lawyers at 103 law firms. The report helps its readers to answer questions such as: Do lawyers believe that men are offered plum assignments more frequently than women? What percentage of lawyers at major firms believe that their firms should do more to promote women to partnerships and management committee positions? How many lawyers believe that they have been sexually harassed? How many have had an office romance? What do they think of their firm’s rules on office romance? On parental leave?
