The largest segment of the market, mattresses and pillows, is projected to increase at a CAGR of 3.3%, rising to nearly $12.5 billion in 2014, after being valued at nearly $10.6 billion in 2009.

The medications segment is expected to reach $7.7 billion in 2014, after rising at a CAGR of 8.3% from its 2009 value of nearly $5.2 billion.
The smallest segment, sleep apnea devices, was valued at nearly $2.6 billion in 2009, and is projected to increase to nearly $3.8 billion in 2014, for a CAGR of 7.8%.
