1997	B. Braun of America Inc. acquired intravenous bag and solution maker McGaw Inc. for approximately $400 million.
2022	B. Braun acquired Intermedt Medizin & Technik GmbH, a specialist in the preparation of dialysis concentrates, to expand the product portfolio of its B. Braun Avitum division.
