Non-Commission: 20% OTE Bonus (based on company and individual performance)

You will be the intermediary (primary point of contact) between the customer and our organisation, demonstrating sound communication and business acumen to effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations. This role will be responsible for:
  • Being the overall primary point of contact for the customer, managing the overall responsibility for the customer engagement process, and collaborating with internal teams in conducting service reviews with customers.

For this role we are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us reconnect with our existing customer base to ensure customer retention, develop up-sales and cross-sales delivering revenue growth for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for renewing existing subscriptions along with developing opportunities for custom projects. The SDR will also be responsible for onboarding and training all new customers to ensure maximum subscription revenue retention and success.

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching customers, reinstating previous relationships, and onboarding and training new and existing customers to improve customer satisfaction and hence company success.

  • Manage the main pillars of a consulting practice: people management, delivery management and client engagement.

The Head of Sales for BCC/Futuresource Consulting will report into the CEO of BCC/Futuresource Consulting and manage the team of 10. You will be responsible for all sales channels and new business growth for BCC/Futuresource Consulting. The Head of Sales will be fully accountable for achieving and exceeding aggressive sales and revenue targets and building and cementing relationships with customers and partners. Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales strategy in all areas including resellers, partners and Ecosystem participants

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the BCC/Futuresource marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing budget, and leading the marketing teams Globally.
