2004	Bio Basic was established in Toronto, Canada, where it first started the distribution of its manufactured Biochemicals.
2008	Bio Basic rapidly expanded its manufacturing facilities to include oligonucleotide, gene and peptide synthesis, DNA sequencing, laboratory plasticware, and molecular biology kits.
2009	Bio Basic expanded its service line by introducing protein purification and antibody synthesis to complement its existing products and services.
2015	Bio Basic acquired NBS Biologicals Ltd. to expand its business in the U.K. market.
2016	Bio Basic acquired Optimal Biotech Pte Ltd. to meet the demands of the Asia market.
