ExoDx Prostate test

An exosome-based liquid biopsy test that analyzes prostate cancer-specific genomic biomarkers, ERG, PCA3, and SPDEF. These genomic biomarkers are highly expressed during tumor cell growth found in the urine. These genomic markers are measured in a clinical laboratory, and a validated algorithm calculates a score to determine a man's risk of having aggressive or clinically significant prostate cancer. The NCCN Guidelines have included the ExoDx Prostate test in the NCCN Guidelines since 2019.
