1978	Charoen Pokphand Foods was registered as a limited company in 1978 under Charoen Pokphand Feedmill Company Limited. Its initial registered capital was Baht 5 million. Chareon Pokphand Foods engages in livestock feed and livestock farming in Thailand.
2013	Charoen acquired C.P.-Meiji Co., Ltd., which manufactured and distributed milk products and healthy dairy products under the brands "Meiji" and "Meiji-Paigen."
2019	Charoen established PetRepublic in Poland to produce and distribute pet food.
2024	Charoen established RBPI (Thailand) Co., Ltd, which is engaged in investment business and consultancy.
