Wonderlite is a PC resin polymerized using the double hydroxy compounds of bisphenol-A (BPA) and the carbonate compounds of diphenyl carbonate (DPC), produced via the transesterification (melting) method. This resin offers glass-like transparency, high heat resistance, high impact resistance and dimensional stability. It is used for ethylene oxide and gamma-ray disinfection in medical equipment, precision machinery, automotive parts, sanitary hygiene products, sporting goods and food- and water-contact materials.

The Wonderloy PC alloy combines the properties of PC and ABS. PC offers high heat resistance, non-halogen flame retardancy, impact resistance and rigidity and tensile strength. ABS offers better processability, higher impact strength at low temperatures and the ability to be electroplated. The alloy finds application across transportation, home appliances, 3C electronics products, networking, TV sets, toys and sporting goods.
