2006	Clariant acquired Ciba Masterbatches.
2011	Clariant acquired a list of companies such as Octagon Process LLC, Prairie Petro-Chem, Oberhausen Technology Center, and Süd-Chemie.
2016	Clariant acquired Kel-Tech Inc. and X-Chem LL.
2022	Clariant divested its pigments business.
2023	Clariant acquired Lucas Meyer Cosmetics.
