The Comau Racer5 COBOT is a unique collaborative robot that can seamlessly transition from industrial robot speed to collaborative speed upon detecting a human operator in its working area. With a 5 Kg payload, 0.809 m reach and 0.03 mm repeatability, it offers high-performance capabilities and safety features, including a collaborative/non-collaborative speed switch, allowing for up to 500 mm/s cartesian speed in collaborative mode and up to 6 m/s cartesian speed in non-collaborative mode. Additionally, it is equipped with a safe collision detection function certified by TÜV Süd, ensuring a safe working environment. This dual-mode operation enables the robot to maintain optimal industrial efficiency while ensuring the safety of human operators.

Aura, with its six safety levels and modular design, provides comprehensive support for human operators carrying out manual operations in close proximity with complete safety, eliminating the need for barriers or fences. This robot is adaptable to various collaborative operations and can seamlessly switch between collaborative and non-collaborative high-speed modes as required. It can be easily programmed through an intuitive interface or manually guided by the operator and is equipped with powerful proximity sensors to detect and respond to the movement of operators, preventing collisions. Key features include a high payload and reach of 170kg and 2.8m respectively, a robust collision avoidance system, the capability to operate in high-speed collaborative mode, the ability to switch between collaborative and non-collaborative modes and the option to mount the robot upside down

The Agile1500, the inaugural model within the Comau AGV platform, embodies Comau’s open automation design approach, offering a high-performance vehicle with a best-in-class payload to size ratio and a modular design. It is equipped with a long-lasting lithium battery, enabling automatic opportunity charging and features two laser scanners for efficient and safe navigation. With a capacity to transport up to 1.5 tons, it can be reconfigured with specific automatic and flexible equipment, catering to a wide range of industrial and logistical sectors. The AGV supports multiple navigation systems and is designed for multipurpose applications.
