1976	Distek Inc. was founded by Gerald Brinker in 1976. It is a manufacturer of pharmaceutical dissolution testing instruments, as well as an experienced provider of validation and qualification services.
2012	Distek Inc. acquired all Fibre Optic UV-related assets from Leap Technologies, which included OPT DISS, OD LITE, ARCH, and SoLo products.
