2008	Enzo acquired BIOMOL International, a privately owned global producer of specialty life science products, to further expand its life science operations.
2013	Enzo Biochem partnered with Flagship Biosciences LLC to provide tissue-based companion diagnostics, offering a complete solution for In Situ Hybridization (ISH) for pharmaceutical companies.
2025	Battery Ventures, a technology-focused investment firm, agreed to acquire Enzo Biochem Inc. for approximately $37 million.
