| 2023 | Givaudan acquired certain cosmetic ingredients from Amyris, including Neossance Squalane, Neossance Hemisqualane, and CleanScreen. Amyris continues to manufacture ingredients for Givaudan to use in cosmetics, while also providing access to its innovative capabilities. |
