2021	Hempel acquired Farrow & Ball, a luxury decorative paint and wallpaper company.
2022	Hempel acquired Cap Couleurs Group’s store network in Southeast France. This helped the company maintain segment leadership in the Var region and support its growth initiatives.
2024	Hempel entered a strategic partnership with CVC to accelerate long-term growth. The partnership will support the acceleration of Hempel’s organic growth and value creation plan, such as increasing investment in developing new, cutting-edge, sustainable technologies to benefit Hempel’s customers.
