1983	Himont, Metro (Srikrung), and Bangkok Bank established "HMC Polymers Company."
2006	PTT Plc acquired shares in HMC Polymers.
2017	PTT Plc transferred its shares in HMC Polymers to PTT Global Chemical Plc (GC).
2023	HMC Polymers signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Pollution Control Department (PCD), which focuses on collaborative efforts to support plastic upcycling for social and environmental activities under the "Upcycling for Life" project.
