2023	Industrie De Nora S.p.A. acquired Shotec GmbH, a company that develops plasma coating technologies for metals and metal surfaces, to broaden its process and technology portfolio for electrode production.
2024	Industrie De Nora signed an agreement with Asahi Kasei to develop and commercialize electrolyzers and containerized systems for small-scale green hydrogen production.
