Company Overview

Jiangxi Copper Company Limited engages in global exploration, mining, smelting, refining, and copper cathode production. The company has diversified its offerings from metal minerals development, including copper, silver, zinc, gold, rare earth, and lead to trade, financial, logistics field and technical support. Its mining bases are constructed in China, Peru, Albania, and Afghanistan. In addition, it engages in developing chemical technologies, R&D activities, and recycling of renewable resources and solid waste treatment resources. It recycles more than 1,000 tons of copper from acid drainage annually and treats more than 20,000 tons of wastewater daily. It has also established a heap leaching-extraction-electrowinning plant in China that can recover more than 1,000 tons of copper each year.
