Qcells offers p-type and n-type solar cells based on its proprietary Q.ANTUM technology. It is the most mature PERC technology that provides the power output of over 7% compared to a standard BSF cell (PERT technology). P-type:- Q.ANTUM, based on advanced PERC technology, launched in 2012. Q.ANTUM DUO (half-cell on Q.ANTUM technology with multi busbars and wire interconnection), launched in 2017. Q.ANTUM DUO Z with Zero gap technology, launched in 2019. N-type:- Q.ANTUM NEO with NEO power transmitter, launched in 2022.
