1894	Lehmann&Voss&Co. was founded as a trading house in Hamburg, Germany.
1903	The company started the production of magnesium oxide.
1907	Establishment of a lab for technical consultation for the rubber and cable industries.
1922	Lehmann&Voss&Co. launched marketing of carbon black.
1954	The company introduced precoat filtration in Germany and started selling raw materials for coatings.
1965	Lehmann&Voss&Co. started marketing for raw materials and additives for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
1973	Start of production of masterbatches for the plastics industry.
1984	Lehmann&Voss&Co. started the production and sale of high-performance compounds.
1990	The company expanded its European sales organization through the founding of foreign subsidiaries (LEHVOSS UK, France, Italia).
2004	Lehmann&Voss&Co. acquired Chem Import in Italy.
2008	The company acquired Paroxite in the U.K. and Auer-Remy GmbH in Hamburg, Germany.
2013	Lehmann&Voss&Co. founded LEHVOSS North America LLC and LEHVOSS Nederland B.V.
2014	The company founded LEHVOSS (Shanghai) Chemical Co. Ltd. and LEHVOSS Russia.
2015	Lehmann&Voss&Co. laid the foundation of LEHVOSS Korea in South Korea and completed the acquisitions of BIOPHIL Group, WMK Plastics GmbH in Solingen, Performance Compounding Inc. in the U.S., Gee Lawson Ltd. in the U.K.
2016	The company founded LEHVOSS Kunshan, China, as a production company. Integration of the Biophil Group Companies and of Gee Lawson Ltd. into the local LEHVOSS Group Companies.
2018	Lehmann&Voss&Co. laid the foundation of von LEHVOSS Polska Sp. Z. o. o. and the acquisition of Osthoff Omega Group in Norderstedt, Germany.
2021	It started a joint venture with Engredo in the Nordics and acquisition of GP2C in France.
2023	Lehmann&Voss&Co. relocation and expansion of the LEHVOSS Kunshan (China) production site and also acquired Ashdowne Oil and Chemical in U.K.
