| 2022 | Mactac acquired Spinnaker Coating, LLC, which consisted of Spinnaker’s manufacturing facility and headquarters in Troy, Ohio, and North American distribution centers in Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Los Angeles, California; and Vails Gate, New York. |
