2002	Nanocyl is founded as a spin-off from the Universities of Namur and Liege by Professor B. Nagy and Professor Pirard with the support of private investors.
2003	It received a contract to develop printing material for Flat Screens.
2005	The company has invested in human and financial capital to achieve ISO 9001 certification and meet global industrial standards for quality control.
2005	Achieved first commercial use of MWCNT NC7000 in the Electronics sector.
2006	Nanocyl moves from the lab phase to the industrial phase for CNT production.
2006	Launched the PLASTICYL range of products Thermoplastic, Carbon Nanotubes Masterbatches.
2007	The company has achieved the first commercial use of MWCNT NC7000 in the Automotive sector.
2008	Established Thermoplastics Compounding Units (PLASTICYL) of 3500 metric tons.
2008	Launched EPOCYL, THERMOCYL, BIOCYL, AQUACYL.
2010	Nanocyl established new industrial units, MWCNT NC7000, and first sales in structural composites such as carbon or glass fiber reinforced polymers.
2013	Launched ORGACYL NMP0501 CNT Concentrate.
2014	Developed the first commercial in rubber goods.
