2011	Nestlé Health Science was founded in 2011 as a new industry bridging food and pharmaceuticals to develop personalized nutrition for health conditions.
2013	Nestlé Health Science acquired US-based Pamlab to expand its Brain Health and Metabolic Health portfolio and provide science-based nutritional solutions for people with chronic medical conditions.
2015	Nestlé Health Science and GE Healthcare collaborated to improve nutrition monitoring for patients in intensive care units (ICUs).
2024	Nestlé Health Science and Seres Therapeutics, Inc. signed an agreement to acquire global rights to VOWST to further grow the business and make this medication available to more patients.
