Company Overview
Founded in 1996, NeuroMetrix offers a range of neurostimulation-based medical devices that stimulate nerves and analyze nerve response for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Its two main product categories are point-of-care neuropathy diagnostic tests and wearable neurostimulation devices.
Quell is an FDA-approved wearable OTC TENS device for management of chronic intractable pain. It can be used while active or while sleeping. It consists of an electronic device placed in a neoprene band worn on the upper calf, an electrode that works as an interface between the device and the skin, and a smartphone app to control the device and manage data relating to chronic pain and health. It can be paired with a smartphone or Apple watch. The DPN (diabetic peripheral neuropathy) Check is a point-of-care testing technology for peripheral neuropathies. Advance is indicated for evaluation of entrapment and systemic neuropathies.
