2019	Neustark was founded in 2019 by Johannes Tiefenthaler and Valentin Gutknecht as an ETH Zurich spin-off.
2023	Holcim made a significant investment in Neustark to accelerate the scale-up of the company’s pioneering carbon removal technology.
2025	Neustark partnered with Fehr, a family-owned Alsatian company specializing in the production of ready-mix concrete and prefabricated elements, to inaugurate their first site in Alsace, enabling biogenic CO₂ to be permanently stored in demolition concrete and residual water.
