Cellulose nanofiber

It is a wood derived fiber that has been micro-refined to several hundredths of a micron. It has superior oxygen-resistant gas barrier properties with numerous applications including nanocomposites, filters, gas barrier film, cosmetics, food, coating mixtures, and transparent sheets. Due to its lightweight characteristics, the modulus of elasticity has the same strength as that of aramid fiber.
