1985	Organogenesis Inc. was founded in 1985. The company was spun off from regenerative technology developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
2014	Organogenesis Inc. acquired Dermagraft assets, a human fibroblast-derived dermal substitute, from Shire plc to treat chronic diabetic foot ulcers.
2017	Organogenesis acquired NuTech Medical, a developer of amniotic biologic products, and expanded its product portfolio to include surgical and sports medicine.
