1985	Qualcomm was founded by Irwin Jacob's and 6 other Linkabit Colleagues in July 1985. With no business plan, no products and very small staff, focused on creating “QUALity COMMunications.”
1995	Qualcomm rolled out CDMA technology commercially for cell phone netwroks.
