2021	The company's Q-POC technology received a $19.8 million equity investment from Vita Spring to enhance its functionality and expand its multiplex testing capabilities.
2022	QuantuMDx entered a strategic cooperation agreement with Sansure Biotech Inc. to further develop global research and development manufacturing and commercial partnerships, bringing a comprehensive array of innovative, high-performance molecular diagnostic assays to the Q-POC platform.
