The Rogers ARLON line of TIMs provides a wide range of UL-rated products designed for insulation, heat transfer, and bonding to substrate surfaces in power applications. These materials are engineered for long-term reliability and high performance, delivering specific thermal, physical, and electrical properties. Protect insulators are silicone rubber sheets designed for insulation in LED and power applications, available in two constructions: Protect® 1500FG and Protect® 1500KT2., Secure adhesive films are silicone polymer composites that bond directly to substrates in LED and power applications, offered in four variations: Secure® 1500FG (fiberglass reinforced), Secure® 1500KT2 (polyimide reinforced), Secure® 1500U (unreinforced), and Secure® 1600XF (fiberglass reinforced hybrid)., Thermabond electronic adhesives consist of elastomeric materials that provide thermal-mechanical stress decoupling and heat transfer within printed circuit boards, particularly in aerospace and automotive applications. These materials feature thermal conductivity of up to 3W/mK, which helps transport heat away from hot spots and possess low modulus and high shear strength to prevent adhesive delamination. They can cure at low temperatures, starting from 100°C at 100 kPa, making them suitable for various demanding applications.
