1958 Rohm was incorporated as Toyo Electronics Industry Corp. by Kenichiro Sato.
2011 ROHM SEMICONDUCTOR INDIA PVT. LTD. was incorporated and is classified as a foreign company subsidiary and registered at RoC-Bangalore.
