Saft provides its product offerings through four business divisions: aerospace, defense, and performance (ADP), connected smart energy (CSE), energy storage systems (ESS), and industry, mobility, and infrastructure (IMI). The lithium batteries are provided under the connected smart energy business division. It offers space and defense batteries with its Li-ion technologies, which are also deployed in energy storage, transportation, and telecommunications network applications.

Saft has a presence in 19 countries, with 31 sales offices and 16 manufacturing sites. Also, it has more than 3,000 customers from 49 nations. It is focused on new innovation and development, with an investment of $117.4 million that enabled the achievement of 40 granted patents in 2025.
