1947	Kosei Suisan K.K. was established in Minato-ku, Tokyo with the aim of supporting and invigorating SMEs.
1962	The company was formerly known as K.K. Seikagaku Kenkyusho and changed its name to Seikagaku Corp.
1997	Seikagaku Corp. acquired Associates of Cape Cod Inc. (U.S.A.). to develop and advance glycoscience innovative, high-quality pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
2020	Seikagaku Corp. acquired Dalton Chemical Laboratories Inc. (Canada) to obtain the chemosynthesis technology that Dalton has cultivated and its know-how related to the development of drug manufacturing processes, in addition to a GMP2-certified overseas drug manufacturing base.
