1903	Siemens-Schuckertwerke is created by merging Siemens & Halske.
1927	Siemens-Schuckertwerke acquires Thyssen’s steam turbine plant.
1961	Siemens’ first power plant turbine, starts operation.
1997	Siemens acquires the fossil-fueled power plant business of the U.S. company Westinghouse.
2004	The company acquired Danish wind power company Bonus Energy A/S in December 2004.
2015	Siemens acquired Dresser-Rand.the deal valued at $7.6 million.
2017	Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is founded through a merger of Gamesa Corporación Tecnológica, S.A. and Siemens' Wind Power division.
2020	Siemens Energy is founded in April 2020 the company combines renewable and conventional energy.
