SoloPower Systems is engaged in designing, manufacture and deployment of CIGS flexible thin-film solar technology. The company has an installed annual production capacity of 70 MW, scalable to 220 MW. The company manufactures flexible cells and panels using stainless steel substrate for large scale commercial, government and municipal roof top market.

SoloPower Systems’ flexible cells and panels serve a large addressable rooftop market (>14 GW). Primary applications for the company’s line of lightweight photovoltaics are large-scale commercial, government and municipal roof tops where a system’s weight and wind loads are critical attributes to be considered when installing solar PV systems. Manufactured to exacting international standards, all of SoloPower System’s LPV modules are tested to meet IEC / UL specifications.

SoloPower Systems launched Solo Bucket, a new portable power kit for generating electricity and targeted towards emerging economies around the world such as Africa and India. The kit contains an ultra-durable, flexible and lightweight solar panel, as well as a battery, connectors, lighting, and chargers.
