2002	Joint venture with Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co. Ltd. Together established MS Zinc Co. Ltd.
2016	The company acquired additional interest in the Morenci Copper Mine.
2019	Acquisition of Interest in Quebrada Blanca Copper Mine.
