2008	Inostics GmbH was founded in 2008 as a joint venture between Indivumed GmbH and Johns Hopkins University.
2013	Inostics GmbH was acquired by Sysmex Corporation in 2013. Sysmex acquired Inostics to integrate its genetic testing technologies with its molecular diagnostics products.
