1967	TPV Technology Co. Ltd. was founded in 1967 in Taiwan as Admiral Overseas Corporation (AOC), it was originallly
2005	TPV acquired part of Philips's monitor and flat-screen TV manufacturing business to improve TPV's production and R&D capabilities and to leverage Philips's expertise in the flat TV market.
2008	Wuhan Admiral Technology Ltd. was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of TPV, responsible for the operation and sales of TPV's own brands, AOC, Envision, and Greatwall Monitor, in mainland China.
2018	TPV entered into an exclusive license agreement with Philips to use the Philips brands for the sale, marketing, and distribution of audio and video products and accessories worldwide.
