• Services : This segment includes Cook Family Health Center which provides Health services, Cook Aviation offers its airport services Commercially.
• Property management : Cook Group founded CFC Properties to help manage their Restoration Projects and their Residential Properties, Commercial properties.
• Resorts : This segment includes Rescuing Historic structures by Restoring and Repurposing them as resorts like French Lick Springs Hotel, West Baden Springs Hotel, Valley Tower, Canton Harvester Inn.
