The company offers raw water treatment, process treatment, post treatment, drinking water treatment, wastewater systems, water recycle, zero liquid discharge, Ion Exchange process, membrane process, ion exchange membrane process, and 3D modelling systems; water purification equipment; and catalyst grade, adsorbent grade, chemical and special process, pharma grade, nuclear grade, hydrometallurgy, and sugar refining resins. It serves various industries, such as automotive, cement, chemicals, electronics, food and beverage, fertilizers, paper and pulp, pharma, power, refinery and petrochemical, steel and metallurgy, mining and minerals, sugar, and textiles; educational, hospitality, hospital, laboratory, railway, and defense institutions; communities and municipalities; and residential and commercial establishments. Ion Exchange (India) Ltd. was incorporated in 1964 and is based in Mumbai, India.

Ion Exchange is engaged in the production of resins in India with the country’s first resin manufacturing unit at Ankleshwar, Gujarat. It is one of the largest resins manufacturing unit and is the first ion exchange resins manufacturing plant to receive the ISO 9001& 14001 certification in India. Its pharmaceutical grade resins manufacturing facility is USFDA compliant. This facility is also WHO-GMP certified. The company supply INDION range of ion exchange resins that are available as Gaussian and Uniform Particle Size beads in dry and moist forms with varying surface areas, porosity and matrix as suitable for different water, non-water and specialty applications in industries such as pharma, food & beverage, nuclear, chemical, bio-diesel, hydrometallurgy, sugar and many more.
