Started in 1997, Nanonics Imaging Ltd. is engaged in developing scanning probe microscopy (SPM) widely used across global nanotechnological applications. The company’s product portfolio includes the SPM System, Probes and Fibers, and Scanning Stage. The company integrates SPM with other standard techniques, such as Raman microprobes, optical microscopy, ion beam microscopes and scanning electron microscopes to add value to measurement tools. The company also develops near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM), which are highly recognized in advanced areas of nano-optics and for characterizing photonic and plasmonic devices, advanced opto-electronic components, optical circuits, photonic band gaps, and silicon waveguides and devices. The company’s solutions includes nanolithography, NSOM, atomic force microscopy (AFM), AFM SEM/FIB, scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) and MultiProbe AFM.
