The vertically integrated functions include recycling, collection, and disposal of assets in four Colorado markets—Denver, Colorado Springs, Durango, and Cañon City—and the Bloomfield, N.M. market.

In May 2022, Republic Services Inc. completed its acquisition of US Ecology Inc. This transaction expands Republic’s environmental solutions footprint across the U.S. and Canada and provides vertically integrated capabilities for its environmental solutions business. It also provides a platform for accelerated growth, including cross-selling revenue opportunities and additional tuck-in acquisitions.
