2016	Healthx, Inc., a company specializing in cloud-based digital engagement solutions for healthcare payers and other stakeholders, and Teladoc partnered to provide telemedicine services via the Healthx member portal, mobile devices, secure video, and phone to diagnose and treat many common ailments.
2017	The company acquired Best Doctors, an expert medical consultation company focused on improving health outcomes for the most complex, critical, and costly medical issues, to provide a comprehensive virtual healthcare delivery platform.
2018	The company acquired Advance Medical, a virtual care provider outside the U.S., strengthening and expanding its international footprint, breadth of medical services, and physician network.
