1960	Teradyne Inc. was founded in 1960 in Boston's student quarter to provide Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for electronic parts.
2023	LitePoint, a wholly owned subsidiary of Teradyne, collaborated with InnoPhase, a privately held cellular communications semiconductor company, to validate the performance of their "Hermes" Product Line, a series of system-on-chip 5G infrastructure radio solutions.
2025	Teradyne Inc. partnered with Analog Devices, a semiconductor company, to develop and deploy robots, AI, and software in support of ADI's collaborative automation initiative to enhance safety and efficiency and optimize fabrication and backend operations through automation.
