| 1918 | Amagasaki Boseki merged with Settsu Boseki, and the company name changed to Dainippon Boseki Co., Ltd. |
| 1969 | Nichibo (Dainippon Boseki Co., Ltd.) and Nippon Rayon merged to form Unitika Co., Ltd. |
| 1997 | Tusco was established in Thailand after the company merged with Teijin and began producing and selling polyester spun bond nonwoven fabrics. |
| 2009 | The company restructured and integrated into the Clothing Fiber Division and changed the company name from Unitika Tsusho Ltd. to Unitika Trading Co., Ltd. |
