It operates through two business segments: global flexible packaging solutions and global rigid packaging solutions. The flexible packaging segment develops films and flexible packaging for the food and beverage industries, pharmaceutical industries, medical and fresh produce, snacks, and personal care, and is also a supplier of polymer resin. The rigid packaging segment manufactures rigid containers and closures for a wide range of products, including beverages (such as carbonated drinks, juices, water, and milk-based beverages), sauces, dressings, spreads, and personal care products, as well as plastic caps for various other applications. The global rigid packaging solutions segment employs approximately 34,000 employees across 213 manufacturing and support facilities in 34 countries, while the global flexible packaging solutions segment comprises about 42,000 employees in 210 manufacturing and support facilities across 36 countries.
