Established in 2012, Bioventus Inc. is a medical device company focused on developing and commercializing minimally invasive treatments that engage and enhance the body’s natural healing process. The company operates through two reporting segments, the U.S. and International.
Its portfolio of products is grouped into three verticals: Pain Treatment, Surgical Solutions and Restorative Therapies.
The Restorative Therapies segment is comprised of a bone healing system, skin allografts and products used to support wound healing, as well as advanced rehabilitation devices designed to help patients regain leg or hand function due to stroke, multiple sclerosis or other central nervous system disorders.
