Endo Inc. is a pharmaceutical company that operates in four reportable business segments: International Pharmaceuticals, Generic Pharmaceuticals, Sterile Injectables, and Branded Pharmaceuticals. Through the company’s operating company, Paladin Pharma Inc., its international pharmaceuticals segment offers a range of specialty pharmaceutical products, including over-the-counter (OTC) products, that are sold outside of the U.S., mainly in Canada.

The company is headquartered in the U.S. and has other corporate offices in Ireland and Canada. Four manufacturing facilities are located in the U.S.: Cranbury, N.J.; Horsham, Pa; Rochester, Mich.; and Rye, N.Y. Five manufacturing facilities are situated in India, including Chennai, Mumbai, Dhar, and Alathur.

• Branded Pharmaceuticals : Branded Pharmaceuticals segment includes a variety of branded products in the areas of Urology, Orthopedics, Endocrinology, Bariatrics, among others.
• Sterile Injectables : Sterile Injectables segment consists primarily of branded Sterile Injectable products such as ADRENALIN, VASOSTRICT, APLISOL, among others, and certain generic sterile injectable products.
• Generic Pharmaceuticals : Generic Pharmaceuticals segment consists of a product portfolio including solid oral extended-release products, Solid Oral immediate-release products, Liquids, Semi-solids, Patches, Powders, Ophthalmics, Sprays and includes products that treat and manage a wide variety of medical conditions.
• International Pharmaceuticals : International Pharmaceuticals segment includes a variety of specialty pharmaceutical products, including OTC products, sold outside the U.S., primarily in Canada through our operating company Paladin.
