Celestica Inc. is a publicly traded Canadian multinational corporation. An IBM subsidiary when it was founded in 1994, the business was swiftly spun off and is currently partly owned by Onex Corp. With some 50 locations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, it provides supply chain solutions and end-to-end electronics manufacturing services, which include design, development, manufacturing, precision machining, systems integration, logistics, and after-market support. It operates in two segments: Advanced Technology Solutions and Connectivity & Cloud Solutions. The aerospace and defense (A&D), industrial, health technology, and capital equipment sectors make up the ATS end market. For the healthtech market, the company offers product development and design engineering, advanced manufacturing, complex system assemblies and integration, finished medical devices, and supply chain optimization and after-market services.
